Founder & CEO
Roshan Shah
Roshan is a well-connected, tech-savvy seasoned leader with decades of track record in managing high-performance teams to deliver technology solutions. He has worked with a diverse range of clients, including global companies such as IBM, HP, JP Morgan, GAP, and Cisco, as well as early-stage startups.
As a trusted business advisor, Roshan has assisted clients in making informed decisions, including selecting the appropriate technology stack, designing enterprise architecture, establishing governance models, and defining technology strategies that enhance overall value for the business.
His extensive track record includes delivering platform enhancements, technology transformations, custom development initiatives, and managing seamless migration projects across multiple industries.
Roshan is currently an Architect and consultant for a healthcare firm in the US, helping with multiple multi-million dollar initiatives. In prior healthcare consulting, he led software teams in the US, Canada, India, and Philippines to enhance & maintain 200+ applications and enforce enterprise standards.
Roshan helps Fortune 500 clients realize their transformation goals by building intentional transitional and target state architectures to support business objectives, prioritizing and strategizing business initiatives, and creating executable roadmaps.
Roshan has been a technology advisor and delivery partner for a Fortune 100 client. Projects with the client include development of their public-facing website, ADA compliance, platform and security enhancements, and weekly infrastructure and security monitoring. He also guides the client on platform modernization, security patches, vulnerability fixes, and round-the-clock uptime monitoring of web properties.
Roshan was an interim CTO for a Series A startup where he led technology teams for multiple SaaS applications including build-price-order software for automotive manufacturers, lead generation engines for auto finance companies, and specialty food stores with Shopify and QuickBooks integration.
Roshan also helped many pre-seed startups with platform stabilization and development of key technical assets with critical functionality.
Roshan loves music, innovation, and kids, and in his free time, when not traveling with family or mentoring youth/kids, he immerses himself in music.
